Bottom layer – Rich emulsified cream with a light blue color [hydration/ cooling] 

The silicone-free and PEG-free mild formula provides a water base of more than 85% and contains silicone-like, nature-derived oil. 

A blending cream that requires blending before application

When the gel and moisturizing creams are blended together by hand, the formula develops an airy texture (air layer) that smoothly glides onto the skin to provide ample hydration.
